What is your standard shipping policy?

We ship most orders within 2-3 business days via USPS or UPS. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. However, media items such as Vinyl, CDs, and DVDs must be unopened and in their original shrink-wrap to be eligible for a refund.

How do you ensure vinyl records aren't damaged during shipping?

We take great pride in our packaging. All vinyl records are shipped in heavy-duty, corrugated cardboard mailers specifically designed to prevent corner dings and surface damage during transit.

Are your 'Exclusive' variants limited editions?

Yes, Newbury Comics Exclusives are limited-run pressings. Once a specific color variant or edition sells out, it is typically not repressed in that exact format.
