At Newbury Comics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items in their original, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that opened media such as vinyl, CDs, and DVDs cannot be returned unless defective.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.

• 3.
  Package Your Return

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, clearly marking the RA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
